The ATMS program invited applicants to visit the UNR and DRI campuses. Six applicants attended in person and six participated remotely. During the two-day visit, applicants were introduced to UNR, DRI, and the ATMS program, engaged in a roundtable discussion with current graduate students, and learned about ongoing research through lightning talks. They also enjoyed a scenic hike to Chickadee Ridge—where they were greeted by chickadees—and took a quick drive around Lake Tahoe.
